- Milk 1L
- Sugar 1cup
- Rice (raw) 4tbsp
In a pressure cooker boil milk and sugar. Reduce heat to lowest and add rice. Stir and close the cooker. Put weight. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Open cooker after 30 minutes of switching off.
Add cardamom powder and cashew & raisins fried in ghee. (optional)
