Oats Pancake

  • Oats 3tbsp
  • Water 2 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Melted Butter 2 tbsp
  • Maida(all purpose flour) 1 cup
  • Thick milk 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sugar (optional as per your taste if you want sweet pancake)

Cook Oats in water to a thick porridge consistency.

Mix maida and baking power.

Beat egg in a bowl. Add butter, milk, oats, maida mix, salt, optional sugar and mix well.

Heat a frying pan, spread some butter and pour laddle of the above mix and spread it like a pancake. When one side is cooked turn over and cook other side too.

Serve with honey or jam. Or eat it just like that.
