Besan Ladoo


  • Besan (gram flour) 2 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup (powdered)
  • Butter 200gm
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Heat a pan and melt the butter. Add besan, roast it till you get a nice nutty aroma and the raw besan smell is gone. Take the pan off fire.

Now add the cardamom powder.

Then gradually add the sugar powder and mix well.

Make this mixture into ladoo balls when it is still hot. This part can be little difficult so be careful not to burn your hands.

Besan ladoos are ready!! Quick n Easy!!
