- Raagi 1/2 kg
- Wheat 200gms
- Parboiled rice (puzhungal ari)200gms
- Groundnuts 50gms
- Roasted bengalgram (pottukadala) 200gm
- Moong dal 200gms
- Barley 200gms
- Sago 200gms
- Cashew 15gms
- Badam 15gms
- Dry ginger 5 gms
- Ajwain 50gms
To prepare the porridge:
- Homemade cerelac powder 2tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Sugar/ Jaggery/ Salt to taste
Feed 1 time a day from 4 to 7 months. After 7 months you can feed twice a day. Look for reactions to certain pulses. Avoid the pulse which is causing the reaction.
