- Methi leaves 3 bunch
- Ground nuts 1/2 cup (roasted and powdered)
- Green Chilli 3
- Garlic(chopped) 1tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- oil 2 tsp
Clean methi leaves.
Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds.
Add Garlic and saute.
Add methi leaves and salt. Cook covered till done.
Add groundnut powder, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
